The World Urban Forum is established by United Nations in 2001 to study the most important global concerns of the day as rapid urbanization and its impact on communities, cities, economies and climate change.

The Twelfth Session of the World Urban Forum WUF12, convened by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), will take place in Cairo, Egypt. The focus will be on localizing the Sustainable Development Goals, with a theme of ‘It All Starts at Home: Local Actions for Sustainable Cities and Communities’. Cool Up’s presence at WUF12 provides opportunity to share the progress in sustainable solutions and regulations made in partner countries.
